The user has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the CLUB’s page, thereby expressing interest in the information shared. By joining our page, the user grants consent for the processing of personal data published on their profile.

Users may access the privacy policies of the respective social networks at any time and configure their profile settings to ensure their privacy.
The CLUB only has access to and processes publicly available information from the user’s profile, primarily the contact name. These details are used exclusively within the social network and are not incorporated into any other data processing system.

The CLUB will use social networks to promote its products and services. If it collects users’ contact details for direct marketing, it will always comply with GDPR and LSSI-CE requirements.

Recommending the CLUB’s page to other users so they may benefit from promotions or stay informed about its activities will not be considered advertising.
