As part of its organizational and management model, and in accordance with Law 2/2023 of February 20th, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and fight against corruption, Club de Mar has established an Ethical Channel. This channel not only serves to ensure effective prevention and enable the detection of actions or behaviors that may conflict with general or sector-specific regulations, but also demonstrates the club’s commitment to promoting good faith in its relationships, whether with employees, donors, beneficiary organizations, suppliers, or third parties.
