The Illes Balears Clàssics Regatta has published aNotice of Race Amendment to adapt the format of the competition to the sanitary restrictions and the state of the Club de Mar, immersed in a global reform.
The AR states that Friday, August 13 will be used for the reception and registration of participants and the documentation will be sent via email. On August 14 and 15, the competition will be held in the Bay of Palma and it is very likely that on Saturday it will be used for a technical circuit and on Sunday for a coastal regatta.
To comply with all security measures, local participants may remain in their moorings in their respective clubs, all documentation will be virtual and communication between the organization and participants will be done online. In principle, no social events will be held except for the prize giving ceremony that will be held at the facilities of Can Barbará (Sports Area of the Club).
