Unexperienced Yacht Captain seeking for my next challenge on board, in 31/60m M/Y, as a 2nd officer, in order to acquire knowledges and experience to became a Captain in the near future. After one year work, next target will be Master 500 GT Unlimited.
I would like to learn a wide range of well-developed practical skills in good seamanship and safe working practices. My objective is to find and provide a structured work environment with crew, strengthen my individuals promoting growth, autonomy and positive atmosphere to achieve operational excellence with owners & guest.
