Teo Matheu and Valentin Fernandez, Snipe leaders in the Cluma Trophy
The regatta organised by Club de Mar Mallorca breaks its record with 228 participating boats.
The regatta organised by Club de Mar Mallorca celebrated today the first day in the IV Cluma Trophy, for Optimist, Laser 4.7 and Snipe classes, where 228 boats gathered up in an absolute record for the regatta.

Still pending the Optimist final classification, with a total of 187 entries divided into two groups, the Snipe class is lead by Teo Matheu and Valentin Fernández, from Real Club Nautico de Palma, with a partial of 3-3-1 in the three sets held and are two points ahead of the crew formed by Jordi Triay and Luis Mas (Club Marítimo de Mahón-RCNP). Josep Pons and Javier Barrera, from Club Nautic de Ciutadella, sail third three points away from the leaders. The Cluma Trophy also included the Illes Balears Snipe Trophy, which gathered 23 of the best Balearic Teams.

In Laser 4.7 Marcos Plomer (Club de Vela Port d'Andratx), only one point ahead of David Parkinson (Real Club Nautico de Palma) and three of Bosco Sanchez (Club de Mar Mallorca).
